You can see clients via video chat and navigate through your workflow using our all-in-one counselor dashboard, which facilitates seamless communication and management of your practice. With a strong emphasis on minimal paperwork, you will be free to focus primarily on client interaction and therapy, while we handle the marketing and billing processes. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via video chat, using established therapeutic techniques to encourage self-exploration and emotional expression. Analyze clients' mental health conditions, collaboratively developing and executing treatment plans that utilize a solution-based approach tailored to each individual. Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them define and achieve personal therapy goals. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, leveraging our secure online therapeutic platform. Provide ongoing support and encouragement, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance client engagement and outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low-acuity mental health concerns, ensuring a supportive environment where effective therapeutic techniques can be applied. All clients undergo a thorough screening process to confirm they are a good fit for counseling services, aligning with your specialties and demographic preferences. This allows you to focus on delivering effective mental health care without the challenges of severe cases. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Must hold a valid, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and be in good standing. No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted. Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic nature are essential for successful client interactions. Technological proficiency to navigate therapy platforms and maintain client records is a must. Preferred Experience While we encourage candidates with diverse backgrounds in therapy, experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is advantageous. Familiarity with various mental health issues is beneficial, as is the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to different client needs.
