Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient treatment center focused on young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions designed to foster connection and mutual support among clients, helping them share experiences and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions aimed at helping clients explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans to address their mental health concerns.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that resonate with their specific needs and personal aspirations.
• Monitor Client Progress: Use various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, make necessary adjustments, and strengthen the overall therapeutic experience.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals in coordinating care and addressing complex cases efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary clientele consists of young adults facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with young adults in mental health settings, especially in outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
