Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and personal challenges.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that integrate strategies for addressing addiction while considering underlying mental health issues.
• Lead individual therapy sessions and group therapy meetings utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Actively collaborate with other team members to create an integrated care environment that fosters client well-being and progress.
• Educate and guide clients' families on how to participate effectively in the recovery process and support their loved ones.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our therapy services is individuals struggling with substance use disorders. This role entails working with a diverse client base, including those with various backgrounds and co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications

• Must have a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices addressing substance abuse and related disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
