Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrative care, ensuring all client needs are addressed effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and training workshops to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our aim is to provide accessible mental health services to those who traditionally have had limited access to care. You will be crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies, resilience, and personal growth through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in clinical settings, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse client groups.
• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly valued.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies to enhance documentation and client management.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary team collaborations to support comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a robust pay structure, employees will have access to:
