Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status, identifying specific needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities for clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics and resolving interpersonal conflicts through guided communication.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances, incorporating measurable objectives and suitable interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing immediate mental health issues, offering timely support and resources to stabilize their situation.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and access to additional support resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and legal requirements in counseling practice, safeguarding client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications
