Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs.
• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices.
• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Actively engage in professional development initiatives and collaborative workshops to enhance your clinical skills and remain current with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their challenges through compassionate and individualized care.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado is essential.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, showcasing your expertise in providing therapeutic care.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards applicable to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, with caseloads adjusted based on experience and availability.
