Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health and relational needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans. \n Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using best practices in marriage and family therapy, focused on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts. \n Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to address complex relationship dynamics within families, including issues related to trauma, anxiety, and stress. \n Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families. \n Maintain accurate and confidential records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n Implement therapeutic techniques that educate clients on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies, enabling them to better manage their emotional health. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated approaches to care. \n Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with evolving best practices in marriage and family therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Advance Healing Counseling Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and child/adolescent populations. Qualifications\n \n Possession of a valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Colorado. \n A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field. \n A minimum of three years’ experience in clinical settings, specifically in marriage and family therapy. \n Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and offer empathetic support. \n Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for therapeutic interactions and documentation. \n Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred but not required. \n A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and sensitivity to the confidentiality of client information. \n Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous work in outpatient settings, particularly within family therapy contexts. \n Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution. \n Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and methodologies applicable to marriage and family therapy. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
