Key Responsibilities

• Develop positive, trusting relationships with patients to facilitate open communication and effective counseling.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, utilizing therapeutic techniques that best suit individual client needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each patient's circumstances, challenges, and goals.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
• Provide group therapy sessions, fostering peer support and shared healing experiences among participants.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and legislative requirements to ensure the accuracy and security of patient information.
• Facilitate referrals to external specialists whenever patients require additional support beyond your expertise.
• Participate in regular team meetings to enhance collaborative care strategies and share insights into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
