Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, guiding clients through discussions about their emotions, experiences, and challenges.
• Assist clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals, applying evidence-based practices tailored to their unique situations.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Provide guidance on coping mechanisms and strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Healing Mind Behavioral Clinic, we serve a variety of clients, primarily stable adults with low acuity needs who seek assistance with emotional regulation, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our telehealth platform is designed to connect you with clients whose backgrounds and challenges align with your expertise, ensuring a rewarding therapeutic experience that contributes to improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must possess a full and independent licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong empathetic disposition.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly in teletherapy modalities.
• Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Prior work with diverse populations is beneficial, enhancing cultural competence and inclusivity in therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
