Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, followed by the development of tailored and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions that empower clients to work through their challenges, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities suitable for each individual.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment approaches accordingly.
• Offer teletherapy to clients who may face barriers accessing traditional in-person sessions, ensuring equitable care for all.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to professionalism and client trust.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve span various backgrounds and experiences, with a focus on those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise will be vital in helping them navigate their journeys toward mental wellness. As part of our team, you'll foster trusting relationships, providing a safe space for clients to confront their challenges and pursue healing. Qualifications

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for clear and empathetic interactions with clients, ensuring they feel understood and supported.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively while fulfilling all administrative tasks with diligence.
• An unwavering commitment to providing empathetic, client-centric care that respects and honors each client's unique experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a private practice setting or community health clinic, providing an understanding of the unique challenges and rewards it entails.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for delivering effective care in a virtual environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations, enhancing your ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and current caseload.
