Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Provide specialized support for clients experiencing PTSD, utilizing structured therapeutic approaches to guide them through their healing journey.
• Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring appropriate referrals and additional resources are provided when necessary to promote client well-being.
• Document clinical notes and maintain organized records in compliance with ICD-9 standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to enhance treatment strategies and achieve optimal therapy outcomes for clients.
• Support family members through counseling sessions aimed at fostering healthier dynamics and communication within familial relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from those facing anxiety and depression to individuals experiencing trauma-related issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure to practice in California (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.
• At least two years of direct experience in therapy and case management, showcasing proficiency in addressing mental health issues.
• Familiarity with therapy models including CBT and ABA, ensuring a solid foundation for effective practice.
• Ability to connect with different populations, demonstrating sensitivity towards varied cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective interaction with clients and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a community health setting, particularly with clients from marginalized groups.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and electronic documentation systems to streamline client management.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
