Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans using teletherapy software.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through secure webcam sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices adapted for digital platforms.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and collaborate with colleagues during team meetings to refine treatment strategies and address challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training seminars to improve digital counseling techniques and remaining updated on the latest industry regulations.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness while adhering to legal standards governing telehealth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele from various cultural backgrounds seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. By providing remote mental health care, you will help clients not only cope with their current challenges but also develop skills to promote lasting well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active professional license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Proven ability to practice autonomously in a remote counseling setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
