Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client goals.
• Monitor client progress regularly, providing ongoing feedback and necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients, ensuring accessibility for those who cannot visit in person or prefer virtual engagement.
• Document all client interactions and progress meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in regular professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to enhance your counseling skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice collaborates with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications

• Must possess a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a non-judgmental attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting or similar therapeutic environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and teletherapy platforms.
• Experience in conducting group therapy or workshops is a plus, enhancing the diversity of services offered.

Compensation and Benefits

Crestwood Crisis Intervention Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide:
