Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish baseline treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans designed uniquely for each client, ensuring they are aligned with the latest therapeutic methodologies.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions employing appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to varied client backgrounds.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in all documentation.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
