Work Environment

While the role is primarily remote, counselors will have the opportunity to connect with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized assessments to identify individual needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and work alongside clients to set therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing a variety of techniques suitable for individual and group settings, ensuring each session is tailored to the client’s current needs.
• Monitor and document client progress, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Provide resources and referrals when necessary, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and community services, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to support clients in high-stress situations, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional stability.
• Maintain professional standards and ethical guidelines, demonstrating respect for clients’ confidentiality and autonomy in every interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Our approach emphasizes a culturally responsive methodology, taking into account the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. A firm understanding of various mental health conditions, combined with a strong rapport-building ability, will be essential in helping clients navigate their challenges and work towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based approaches.
• Proven experience in delivering individualized and group therapy, emphasizing inclusivity and cultural responsiveness.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention and management techniques in various scenarios.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development through continued education and specialized training.

Compensation and Benefits

We recognize the hard work and dedication of our counselors with a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
