Work Environment

• Fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and client-centered mental health counseling through video chat, prioritizing safety and confidentiality.
• Perform ongoing assessments to gather relevant client information and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Assist clients in enhancing their coping strategies, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills through structured therapeutic exercises.
• Complete necessary documentation while minimizing paperwork to streamline client care and maintain focus on therapy sessions.
• Utilize our easy-to-navigate counseling platform to manage client interactions and treatment tracking efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing mental health support to stable, low-acuity adults who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, or the stress of daily life. You will work with a diverse range of individuals, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and preferences. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing clients' overall well-being and helping them navigate life's challenges more effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure in the state of Colorado as either an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential.
• Independent licensure is necessary, with no supervision required during the provision of care.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills paired with a solid understanding of computer systems and internet-based counseling tools.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for providing uninterrupted sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a variety of mental health concerns is preferred.
• Previous use of telehealth technology and virtual counseling platforms is advantageous.
• Recognized training in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
