Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with a dynamic team committed to improving community mental health.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with company policies during documentation, including detailed case notes and treatment plan reviews.
• Administer patient assessments to ascertain specific treatment needs and track progress effectively.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions and, when applicable, offer family, couples, or group counseling sessions based on your areas of expertise.
• Implement and adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Execute other relevant tasks as assigned by leadership to support the organization’s mission and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. We focus on creating holistic treatment plans that are customized to each client’s unique circumstances, promoting mental wellness and resilience across generations.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field with appropriate licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience
