Compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to provide essential therapeutic services to our community. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using a variety of modalities suited to client needs.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular case consultations with peers to enhance clinical skills and approaches.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Possess current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have:

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practices is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials. In addition to a strong base salary, you will benefit from:
