Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' mental health needs and aspirations. Provide individual therapy through virtual sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches. Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress through regular check-ins and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to support clinical accountability and client progress tracking. Engage in continuous professional development initiatives, including workshops, certification programs, and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices. Contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing culture through active participation in case consultations and facilitating discussions around complex cases. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes individuals across the spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with diverse communities in Spokane, WA, utilizing teletherapy to reach clients who may face mobility or accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the care they need regardless of location. Qualifications Current and valid mental health license in the state of Washington (such as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD). A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe therapeutic environment and rapport with clients. Ability to demonstrate empathy and a non-judgmental approach in all interactions with clients to support their healing process. Excellent time management and organizational skills for effective delivery of care and managing client documentation. Preferred Experience Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services. Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment or private practice setting. A track record of engaging in continuous learning and utilizing the latest mental health interventions. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
