Work Environment

This position is full-time and primarily remote, enabling you to provide care from a comfortable environment while maintaining a strong connection with your clients through digital platforms. Despite the remote setting, our team collaborates closely, participating in regular meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and support one another in our collective mission. We place a strong emphasis on providing a manageable caseload—28 client visits per week—to ensure you can maintain your passion for helping others without facing burnout.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through one-on-one consultations and initial evaluations.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals and challenges, ensuring a collaborative client-centered approach.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices for individual, couples, and group therapy sessions to facilitate client progress towards their mental health objectives.
• Monitor treatment plans and client progress with regular reviews, making necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness and address emerging needs.
• Educate clients on coping strategies and techniques to enhance their mental well-being and promote self-sufficiency in managing their mental health.
• Engage in team discussions to share insights and strategies for improved client outcomes, reflecting a commitment to collaborative care.
• Maintain detailed clinical records compliant with state regulations and uphold rigorous ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing continuing education initiatives to remain updated on best practices and expand your skill set in diverse therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more complex psychological conditions. Our client base reflects the rich cultural tapestry of the Pacific Northwest, and your role will be to offer sensitive, empathetic support that respects and honors their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• A valid license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling within a behavioral health setting.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices and a proven ability to integrate these effectively into client treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and advocating for their needs.

Compensation and Benefits
