Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients.
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the individualized goals of clients.
• Providing therapeutic services through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, adapting your approach according to the specific requirements of each client.
• Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and enhance the quality of care.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of client information by maintaining secure, thorough records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Engaging in regular clinical supervision and case reviews to refine your skills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be serving a diverse group of clients, including individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington is essential.

• At least one year of hands-on experience in providing mental health counseling, using a variety of engagement techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
