Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We recognize the importance of a conducive workspace in facilitating effective therapy. Therefore, we encourage clinicians to establish a well-equipped home office featuring reliable internet, phone, and video capabilities. Our practice operates on secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and privacy while maximizing accessibility for clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering virtual counseling sessions tailored specifically to the diverse needs of clients, utilizing technology to connect from anywhere.

• Providing individual therapy focused on adults, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that each client receives care tailored to their unique goals.

• Conducting sessions through a secure telehealth platform, while monitoring the clinical environment for privacy and confidentiality compliance.

• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, allowing for fluidity in care based on real-time feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including making referrals to specialists when clients require further support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves providing mental health counseling to a broad and diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families. You will be engaged with clients experiencing a range of challenges, offering support and strategies to manage anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington is required.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience providing mental health counseling, with a preference for candidates who have worked in virtual environments.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach is essential, demonstrating a commitment to client well-being and personal growth.

• A functional and professional home office environment that supports effective teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

Experience in delivering virtual counseling services is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with telehealth platforms. Understanding and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods that promote client engagement and efficacy are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
