Key Responsibilities

In this therapist role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to inform effective treatment planning.
• Delivering individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that cater to clients' individual needs.
• Setting collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting the treatment plans based on their progress and evolving needs.
• Providing teletherapy services, facilitating access to mental health care for clients who may face logistical or mobility challenges.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress and therapy sessions to adhere to regulatory standards and uphold the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.
• Participating in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology for virtual therapy sessions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.
