Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at addressing their mental health challenges.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress to facilitate meaningful outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Camino Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our practice prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals seeking support, allowing counselors to foster meaningful connections and facilitate healing journeys.

Qualifications

• Valid and current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for Master’s or doctoral degrees in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• A profound sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have direct experience in outpatient counseling settings, with specialty training in trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is also beneficial for ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
