Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing a spectrum of psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate training and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring they meet evolving compliance standards as dictated by federal, state, and county regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for each intern, guaranteeing adherence to auditing requirements.
• Evaluate the performance and case management of interns, documenting necessary corrective actions and retention strategies.
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance processes to ensure exemplary service delivery and compliance with agency policies and funding mandates.
• Attend mandatory program and agency meetings and trainings to continually enhance professional development.
• Manage the intern recruitment process, including interviewing candidates and coordinating onboarding in alignment with agency objectives.
• Ensure timely and precise data entry into our AWARDS electronic health records system for efficient record-keeping.
• Provide thorough clinical consultation in crisis situations, both in-person and via phone.
• Keep all workspaces organized and address any maintenance or safety-related issues promptly.
• Actively participate in setting and achieving programmatic objectives for clinical services, enhancing overall client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is mandatory.
• Must possess a current and valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to conduct sessions via telehealth platforms with a reliable internet connection is essential.
• Current residency in the United States is required for this remote position.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health setting will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically AWARDS, is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor interns effectively is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 , dependent on experience and qualifications.
