Position Overview

Viva Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position focuses on providing compassionate care and support to individuals dealing with complex emotional and mental health issues. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing empathetic and effective clinical intervention.
• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings to gauge client needs and arrange for comprehensive assessments as necessary.
• Create and implement integrated care plans, navigating access to necessary services and establishing effective communication between clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment is centered around clients’ presenting problems and preferences.
• Maintain a caseload of clients and actively monitor their progress, documenting and reporting on their status and outcomes while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Provide crisis intervention support when required, employing evidence-based practices to address immediate needs and connect clients with appropriate resources.
• Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating to enhance service delivery and improve client care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving diverse populations, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. You will work with clients exhibiting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, requiring a culturally competent approach that respects differing beliefs and traditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health assessment, therapeutic modalities, and crisis management protocols.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting clarity and professionalism in all client interactions and documentation.
• A commitment to ethical standards as laid out by professional guidelines and the organizational code of conduct.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical social work or therapeutic settings preferred.
• Previous experience working with specific populations, particularly those faced with socioeconomic barriers to healthcare.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
