Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat clients experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans, coordinating with other healthcare providers, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, and facilitate referrals for further evaluation as necessary.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, documenting goals, progress, and any modifications required for optimal patient care.
• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing your insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to address immediate needs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and organizational policies during service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
