Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that gather thorough insights into clients' mental health, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions aimed at facilitating client growth and healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to create coordinated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of our client population.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, especially in high-stress situations.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions as per ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a competitive benefits package that includes:
