Behavioral Therapist/ RBT- Englewood, Chicago

Job Summary We are seeking a ABA/ RBTs to join our team! We are a small agency located in Lincoln Park that primarily serves families with state funded insurance (e.g. Medicaid). We are seeking staff for an in-home client for 20-30 hours per week. Responsibilities ABA therapists will be responsible for implementing behavior analytic procedures designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Positions are part-time and based in a residential environment for up to 35 hours a week. Staff will be responsible for implementing one-on-one ABA therapy or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. Use Central Reach Essentials for data and daily note collection Provide individual support to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Use evidence-based treatment methods prescribed by the BCBA to facilitate group and individual treatmentAssist with teaching Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills such as toilet training, dressing, eating, functional communication, and behavior reduction.
