Senior Project ManagerAre we the road to your future?We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support our Southwest Region located in Bossier City, LA.To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, 10 years of experience in transportation infrastructure development and construction.What you'll be doing:Hold the Consultant's leadership role for the projectDirectly support Owner's project leadership to enable successful on-time and on-schedule delivery of the projects/tasksResponsible for management and oversight of the Project/Tasks, including coordinating with stakeholders and meeting all Federal requirementsRepresent the team on technical discussions and has the technical knowhow to discuss and resolve technical issuesSee the project's "big picture" beyond engineering and construction requirements, and understands their interface with the project's objectivesAbility to act decisively and timely to ensure DOT's schedule responsibilities are metAbility to balance technical constraints, policy goals, and stakeholder needs to recommend optimal solutions to difficult issuesCoordinate with multiple agencies and local jurisdictions to provide timely information sharing, win-win solutions, and ultimately obtain project supportCoordinate with community and business stakeholders to provide timely information, receive productive input, and responsive issue resolutionWork within a safety-first culture where protecting our people, clients, and communities is a core value. You will be guided in developing good self-checking habits and learning how to review the work of others, while gaining hands-on experience with Quality Management principles that support high-quality engineering projects.What you need to have:BS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure development and constructionLicensure as a Professional EngineerAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
