Sales and Marketing Associate

We are a fast growing young start-up style company looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals for our premium retail/online butcher shop. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that our retail and online customers are satisfied with our service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products and inform customers about promotions
• Ensure racks are fully stocked and inventory is accurate
• Coordinate with the entire team to provide excellent customer service
• Ship online orders in a timely fashion
• Customer service response emails and invoice creation
• Assist with marketing initiatives for online and in-store advertisements

Skills

• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Track record of achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
