About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to lead a transformative phase in its brand and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the enterprise marketing strategy, with a focus on elevating the brand, accelerating customer acquisition, and building a modern marketing engine. This executive will have a pivotal role in shaping the organization's go-to-market approach across digital and traditional channels, developing a high-performing team, and influencing major commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include defining differentiated brand positioning, directing acquisition and retention strategies, and stewarding a significant marketing budget with a strong emphasis on measurable business results. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling marketing organizations, producing measurable business growth, and a strong command of brand strategy, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be adept at applying customer research, market analytics, and competitive intelligence to enhance marketing effectiveness and will possess executive-level communication and influencing skills. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. The role demands a leader who can connect long-term brand equity with near-term business results and is capable of aligning and managing cross-functional stakeholders to drive disciplined execution.
