About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for a senior finance and transaction leadership role within the power generation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing corporate capital markets activities, leading M&A functions, supporting project finance execution, and owning the enterprise model as a strategic decision-making tool. This hands-on leadership position requires a professional with a strong background in capital markets, M&A, and project finance, particularly within renewable energy, power, infrastructure, investment banking, or private equity-backed environments. The role demands the ability to lead complex transactions, manage a small team, and engage with senior stakeholders and external capital providers.
