Your responsibilities will include: Developing new client relationships through business development and networking Managing and growing existing client accounts Recruiting and placing senior-level professionals across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations Conducting intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-quality candidates Managing executive search assignments from business development through placement Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and PCR Recruiter to drive business and identify talent Collaborating with leadership on recruiting strategy and business growth What We're Looking For We're intentionally selective for this opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Proven success in third-party (agency) recruiting Experience managing a full desk, including both recruiting and business development Demonstrated success developing new business and managing client relationships Strong executive presence and consultative communication skills A track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and/or revenue goals The desire to grow into a leadership position within the organization Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience What Success Looks Like Success in this role isn't measured by activity alone—it's measured by relationships, placements, and long-term client partnerships.
