Roles and Responsibilities:Maintain Vision and Mission alignment with the Operator:Perform your responsibilities consistently at a level of excellenceBe able to perform and train all team member positions with excellenceDevelop and Train Team MembersDevelop and Train a replacement as you growAssist in Operational Goals set by Manager and applicable Directors Run Successful Shifts (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/ BOH/FOH)Know for and Know how to care for your teamQualificationsAvailable to work at least 30 hrs/week and available 3 Saturdays/monthAvailable to attend all leadership training/discussion meetingsServed at our store for at least 3 months or relevant leadership experienceAble to communicate effectivelySeeking to serve the team by doing more for them.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Flexible schedulePaid trainingOpportunity for AdvancementClosed SundaysNo late nights Requirements/Responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing
