Step into an engaging contract opportunity providing speech-language services in an elementary and Pre-K setting near the beautiful Destin, FL area. This on-site position runs from August 11, 2026, through June 1, 2027, offering full-time hours—up to 37.5 hours per week. Your assignment will be focused at one school location, Northwood Elementary or Southside School (PreKD) in Crestview, within the scenic panhandle region. Caseload details can be tailored to your preferences and will be discussed during the interview process.

Desired qualifications include:

• Active FL Department of Health Provisional SLP License (required)
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Completion of required fingerprint background checks (Florida AHCA Clearinghouse preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work fully on-site; this opportunity is not open to virtual/remote providers

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of preschool and elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educational teams and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Maintain organized documentation and regulatory compliance
