As part of our team, you'll help build and support innovative, enterprise-wide technologies that power every area of our business. With a team of more than 140 talented IT professionals, we offer robust resources, development opportunities, and a variety of career paths to help you grow.Our IT organization supports a broad range of internally developed and third-party applications, as well as a variety of employee technology needs. Key systems include PeopleSoft Financials and several proprietary applications. Our technology stack spans multiple platforms, including Java/Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server/.NET, AWS, Oracle BI, and Salesforce.As an IT Support Specialist, you will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues across the organization. You will create and maintain detailed knowledge-base documentation to support the entire IT Support function. Knowledge sharing is a core part of this position—you will develop and deliver training to your team as well as first-level support groups to strengthen our overall support capabilities.
