In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering ManagerYou Will Make an Impact By:- Assist manufacturing engineers with process development, improvement, and validation- Support production floor activities, including troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process flow diagrams- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, and supply chain- Assist with new product introductions (NPI) and engineering change implementation- Travel Requirements: Up to [10] % of Travel is required.Skills You Bring:- Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field(or equivalent experience)- 1 year of manufacturing or engineering support experience- Experience in a production or industrial environmentPreferred Skills: (Optional)- Familiarity with Visual Factory or other Process development instruction systems is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, etc.)Physical Demands and Working Conditions:- Combination of office and shop floor environment- May require standing, walking, and working near production equipment- Occasional lifting or extended time on the manufacturing floorCompensation and Benefits:Pay Range: $24 - 26hr is range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
