Retail Store Manager

Position Overview Join the Burlington Stores team as a Store Manager and lead a multi‑million‑dollar store operation. You'll mentor, coach, and partner with associates across the organization to deliver an excellent customer experience while maximizing sales results. You will execute day‑to‑day merchandising, operations, and service tasks, setting the high standard for store performance. A Day in the Life Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates, ensuring company policies and standards are met. Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions, pricing, receiving, transfers, and return documentation with assistant store managers. Serve as Manager on Duty, leading by example, implementing SOPs, and managing the sales volume and expense budget. Handle recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff; provide ongoing coaching and development. Manage personnel relations, payroll budget, scheduling, and workforce planning. Facilitate communication among the store team, district and regional leadership, and partners across the organization.
