Hours/week: As per facility schedule

Employment Type: Temporary/Contract

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma, CPR required

Experience: Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred but not mandatory

What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders or wounds
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and wound care
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments based on clinical assessments and goals
• Document care services and outcomes in compliance with regulations and facility policies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Support supervision of physical therapist assistants, aides, or students when needed

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• CPR certification
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and interventions in a Long Term Care setting

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
