Staff SoC RTL Engineer PPA & IP Integration Lead

Quadric, based in Burlingame, CA, is hiring a Staff SoC RTL Engineer to help define the SoC architecture, own subsystem development, and drive PPA optimization across the design and tapeout cycle. The role involves integrating third-party IP, packaging designs for customer releases, and influencing front-end and back-end stages. You will work on power, performance, and area optimization, applying low-power digital design techniques and ensuring timing closure across the full product lifecycle.
