Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift in Youngstown

Supervisor position supports all aspects of the local Maintenance team. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and acts as the first point of contact for any maintenance issues. The position offers a salary range of $27-30 per hour, with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift availability required. Responsibilities Coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance teams Manage employee’s attendance and hours worked Evaluate employee performance Delegate maintenance assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Train and coach new and current employees Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions Lead all employees in company safety initiatives, foster a safe work environment and enforce/support safety policies and rules Requirements Three or more years previous supervisory experience in manufacturing environment Ability to maintain maintenance operations through supervising, planning, scheduling, and monitoring labor productivity Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance environment Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment Strong leadership and coaching skills Experience managing preventive maintenance in a production/manufacturing environment Comfort with computers and programs like office and excel Strong communication skills Ability to problem solve and resolve issues Ability to work any shift is Ability to lift 70 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
