This versatile role serves as a key liaison for institutional programs, including Camino Bilingual at SNU, Slingshot textbooks, and Army+Sophia services while providing vital administrative support to PGS leadership and the Operations Specialist through event assistance, invoicing, and application processing. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works independently to meet tight deadlines, and maintains highly professional, positive relationships with students, visitors, and staff.RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Functions:Operate the front desk of PGS to receive visitorsManage the phone for PGS's switchboardServe as the first point of contact and support for inquiries related to the Camino Bilingual at SNUFunction as the lead Slingshot liaison, assisting students with textbook troubleshootingGenerate Student ID cards for incoming studentsAssist with in-person events held for PGSServe as the first point of contact for Army+Sophia serviceAssist the VPAA and AVP of PGS in managing invoicing and payment requestsAssist the Operations Specialist with documentation of supplemental items, leads, applications, file review, and processingWork under pressure and meet deadlines with a high degree of professionalismMaintain positive interpersonal relationshipsWork independentlyOperate office equipmentProvide excellent customer serviceComplete additional duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Southern Nazarene University is an expression of the Church of the Nazarene.
