Information Technology Support Technician

Primary duties include end user technical support, including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, Phone support, printer support, and AV. This position is on-site and will support on-site and remote users. Responsibilities: Provide Technical Assistance for computer hardware, software, phones. mobile devices and printers/copiers. Experience with information technology service management systems: Fresh Desk and Connect Wise, a plus Experience with mobile device management systems: Cisco Meraki and Intune, a plus. Setup and join desktops and laptops to a hybrid client-domain system (Active Directory and Microsoft Entra management). Intermediate to light advanced Windows OS support and mobile device configuration. Perform user account management within Active Directory, Microsoft Entra and Office 365 Admin Center, Exchange, and Security. Experience with troubleshooting interactive Flat Panel Displays. Knowledge of Samsung Flip and AG Neovo Meetboard is a plus. Respond to support requests via email, phone or ticketing system Travel between New York and New Jersey offices as needed for projects (infrequent) and vacation coverage. Ability to work nights and/or weekends as projects demand (infrequently). Ability to work outside of the standard business hours as necessary Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills Efficiently troubleshoot and seek out resolution to software and hardware issues Efficiency with and speed with researching complex ticket incidents Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite troubleshooting. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook Email troubleshooting Ability to multi-task while prioritizing service tickets accordingly Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality of all company and customer information. Requires formal training in Information Technology from an accredited technical school or college. Certificate, associate or bachelor's degree. CompTIA A+, Network+, Azure Fundamentals.
