Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans to restore and improve physical function.
- Deliver therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety strategies.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and on time.
- Supervise assigned therapy assistants and coordinate with other care team members.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; required (only if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent).
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice; required.
- CPR/BLS certification; required.
- Two years of physical therapy experience (per notes; preferred or as part of stated requirements).
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment (per job notes).
- Ability to work in a hospital/acute-care setting and meet assignment requirements.
