Cardiology Medical Assistant - ASAP Start | Decatur, TX
Award-winning, private practice seeking full-time Certified Medical Assistant (BLS, CMA certifications required to be active) with 1+ year of Cardiology practice experience, and experience with EKGs, Holter monitors, and manual cuffs to join our team in Decatur, TX for 40 - 50 patients per day. ASAP start with immediate benefit s (full list below)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8a - 5p | 40 hours per week
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience as Certified Medical Assistant.
- Minimum 1+ year in Cardiology practice.
- Active BLS Certification
- Active CMA Certification
- Experienced with EKGs, Holter monitors, and manual cuffs
- Dependable and capable of being on time.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Fast-paced, motivated, and adept.
Job Summary:
- Fast-paced, high patient volume between 40 - 50 patients per day
- Room patients
- Record history, intake, document vital signs in EMR system
- EKGs
- Holter monitors
- Manual cuffs
- Communicate effectively to provide exceptional patient service across diverse populations.
