Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities, movement patterns, and functional limitations.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall function, taking into account each individual's unique needs.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress and treatment activities in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to deliver integrated care that maximizes recovery potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This position particularly emphasizes personalized treatment strategies, addressing a diverse spectrum of issues such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and pain management. Our goal is to empower patients on their healing journey, providing resources and support that extend beyond the clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's (MPT), or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy License in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a preference for orthopedic or outpatient settings.
• Current certification in BLS/CPR for healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with patients and collaborate with team members effectively.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is the minimum requirement, candidates who have refined their skills in various therapeutic modalities and have a background in orthopedic rehabilitation will be highly valued. Experience in utilizing technologies such as electronic health records (EHR) systems for patient tracking and care coordination is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
