Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations that assess functional abilities and movement impairments to formulate individualized, effective treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, specialized exercises, and modalities, to aid in pain reduction and mobility enhancement.
• Develop and implement home exercise programs while educating patients and their families on rehabilitation concepts, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Regularly collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to discuss patient status, modifications in treatment plans, and overall rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment interventions according to state regulations and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Integrative Manual Therapy and Wellness, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from various musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. This includes individuals recovering from surgery, athletes seeking rehabilitation, and patients coping with chronic pain or mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A valid and active New Jersey Physical Therapy License is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare professionals is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience, and includes additional performance-based bonuses.
