Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, which includes gathering medical history, performing in-depth assessments, and formulating comprehensive treatment documentation.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and collaboratively develop treatment plans with patients and their families, ensuring their engagement and understanding in the setting of achievable goals.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols tailored to each patient's evaluation results, adapting to changes in their condition while adhering to the best practices in healthcare.
• Engage in consultations with healthcare professionals and document any changes in patients' conditions that might necessitate updates to their care plans or require additional medical consultation.
• Manage the discharge planning process and follow-up care, documenting care activities promptly and accurately, preserving patient records that reflect their entire treatment journey.
• Demonstrate effective time management, maintaining accurate scheduling, and participate actively in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate in achieving departmental goals while ensuring compliance with all governmental and accrediting regulations.
• Proactively pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance professional competencies and serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students.
• Promote patient satisfaction by adapting the care approach to meet diverse patient needs and increase accessibility to our services.
• Be involved in the ongoing assessment of healthcare access and participate in initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapy services cater predominantly to orthopedic patients requiring rehabilitation and care for musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) following certification from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and care readiness.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
