Work Environment

The position is based in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic located in Franklin, NJ. As a therapist, you will work onsite, interacting directly with patients and collaborating closely with your peers in a dynamic and engaging environment. Our clinic hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, focusing on their musculoskeletal health and specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques for rehabilitation and recovery.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress, adapting therapy strategies as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Resilience Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patients range from young athletes to elderly individuals seeking to restore function and mobility. Your personalized approach to therapy will be instrumental in addressing their specific rehabilitation needs and aspirations.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy with a focus on orthopedic conditions.
• A strong foundation in orthopedic evaluation techniques and treatment methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating familiarity with diverse rehabilitation protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
